The Effectiveness of Distance Learning in Developing the Academic and Professional Skills of University Professors with Recent Teaching Experience

The current era is characterized by information technology that has reflected on life activities, leading to the development of many aspects, especially learning. This has contributed to creating a new environment of science and knowledge based on developing skills and creativity in harmony with the technological age that the world lives in today, amidst a massive scientific and technological revolution. This revolution has affected all aspects of life, and learning has become required to search for new educational models to face various challenges on a global level, including confronting the COVID-19 pandemic. Consequently, distance learning platforms emerged as one of the Internet era technologies that achieved great success due to the ease of publishing and sharing content electronically, facilitating students' access to knowledge.
