The Creative Self Between Two Cultures

The topic we are discussing is related to a time period that witnessed the presence of a tyrannical ruler and oppressive authority. Objective examination and critical observation of the most prominent cultural products of the defunct regime during the 1960s، 1970s، and 1990s revealed a culture of violence that led to a decline and deterioration in moral values. In the atmosphere of tyranny، the symbols of the culture of violence became addicted to false writing and self-deception، giving rise to the literature of opportunists who dedicated their pens to serve the tyrant of the era and his despotic regime. In contrast، the research focuses on the culture of tolerance، which is based on respecting others and rejecting the culture of violence، considering tolerance as a humanitarian and civil ized value، and a source of strengthening social relationships among members of society through the productive pens and creative minds that stood against the culture of violence.
