Abstract

In the era of knowledge، increasing variables and tremendous technological developments، it has become impossible for any organization in any country، regardless of its capabilities or capacities، to maintain its competitive position by returning to the same level of performance and the same traditional methods، which pushes it towards one destination، which is development and improving its performance to high levels that excel and rise to the requirements of the knowledge economy. From here، institutions begin to search for sustainable resources، transforming their system from traditional human resources to knowledge workers، as individuals who use their skills and knowledge to work for the benefit of the organization represent assets that must be appreciated، motivated and managed in the institution، especially since organizations face rapid changes and business restructuring، thus changing the basis of competitive value towards intellectual capabilities to produce and distribute new ideas that help the organization achieve its goals with the least effort، time and money، and this is what will be explained in this research paper.
